Personal training is one-on-one coaching, fully focused on you. Pair training allows two people — friends, family members, or colleagues — to train together in the same session, sharing motivation while still receiving personalized programming.
Online training is delivered via live video calls and/or a dedicated digital platform. You’ll receive customized workout plans, exercise videos, progress tracking, and regular check-ins, all accessible from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Group sessions are small, supportive classes led by a certified trainer. They combine effective programming with a motivating community atmosphere. Exercises are scalable to suit different fitness levels.
Yes. If you can’t make it to the studio, you can easily arrange an online session so you don’t miss a workout.
We adapt all training to suit your needs, taking into account injuries, mobility limitations, or other health considerations. Safety is always our priority.
If you choose to cancel a 1-year subscription early, any applicable early termination fee will apply as stated in your contract. This ensures fairness for both the client and trainer, as the subscription is designed to secure your commitment and guarantee your reserved training slots. Please review your agreement for specific terms.
Yes. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Fitness, Sport & Health from the University of Skopje (Macedonia) and am registered in the European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS) as an Advanced Exercise and Health Specialist and Master Trainer — the highest level achievable. I am also a member of Europe Active, ensuring my knowledge is up to date with the latest industry standards and research.
